1. 35 KV three-layer co-extrusion dry cross-linking production line related matters

1.1 35 KV 7-stage heating
a. Standard type: 7-stage heating, 2- stage pre-cooling, 1-2 -stage water cooling
b. Height of main building: 0m , 5.6m , 11m , roof ≈15m .
c. Workshop length: ≥1 5 1 meters (with rotation).  Machine power: 750KW .
1.2 Several key data in the equipment layout diagram
a. Main building area layout : ≥18m x 18m (Note: The floor can accommodate freight elevators, walkways, and purification rooms, and the building column spacing is 6 meters per span.)
b. The distance between the center line of the Ф150 machine and the rear wall is 9 meters. The screw length of the Ф150 machine is 4.2 meters. 2.5 meters longer than the workshop to facilitate the cross-linking pipes to run along the wall. (If the main building and the workshop do not protrude 2.5 meters in a straight line, it is necessary to consider building a balcony or opening a window on the wall to facilitate the removal of the 150 machine screw).
c. The distance between the cross-linked pipe and the wall is 1.5 meters, and the distance between the center line of rotation and the wall is 5 meters. The outer circle of the cross-linked pipe insulation cover is 650 mm , and the cross-linked pipe cannot touch the upper and lower edges of the foundation beam when it passes downward. The height of each floor is related to the catenary coefficient and cannot be changed at will during the construction process.

f. Decision on the width and height of the main building
With the popularity of cross-linking equipment, users have listed reducing the capital construction cost of the main building as an important decision-making factor. Looking back at the development of cross-linking technology, the extruder platform of the early 6 -stage heating standard production line was at a height of 10 meters, and the extruder platform of the mid-term 9- stage heating high-speed production line was at a height of 13.55 meters, which was designed completely according to the theoretical catenary formula.
g. Definition of equipment direction and operation direction
Facing the cross-linked tube ( against the wall ) , pull up on the left and pull down on the right, and you can see the tail of the extruder, which is defined as left operation; otherwise it is defined as right operation.
