Brief Explanation/INTRODUCTION
The fully automatic honey cap filling machine adopts the principle of rotor pump filling. The automatic bottle feeding and positioning filling are both controlled by PLC. At the filling station of the filling machine, due to the non-stop forward transportation of the bottle body, the tracking filling components are required to achieve four functional actions: automatic lowering and insertion into the bottle mouth, automatic filling, rapid rise, and rapid return. It is equipped with a capping machine, a bottle sorting machine, a filling machine, and a clamp type capping machine, achieving unmanned automation in all aspects.
