The DMC type pulse bag dust collector is a new generation bag dust collector developed on the basis of the original MC type pulse bag dust collector, drawing on advanced domestic and foreign technologies, and combined with the actual situation of my country's current small air volume single-click dust collector. It can be widely used in dust removal and purification of non-fibrous industrial powder in various industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, and mining.
Performance Characteristics
The dust collector adopts high-pressure (0.5~0.7Mpa) large-flow pulse valve and double injection nozzles to spray dust cleaning technology one by one on the filter bags. It has the advantages of large dust cleaning kinetic energy and high dust cleaning efficiency, especially its online dust cleaning This feature allows the dust collector to operate continuously, overcoming the shortcomings of the original mechanical vibration and shutdown for dust cleaning.
Filter bags generally use polyester needle-punched felt, and the emission concentration is lower than 50mg/Nm ^3. The use of high-quality filter materials is suitable for collecting 0.3~2μm dust.
