Structural features Features
1. The reactor is divided into three-phase and single-phase types, both of which are epoxy casting type.
2. The core is made of high-quality low-loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, which is punched and sheared by a high-speed punching machine and has small burrs. , regular and uniform , the laminations are neat and beautiful, ensuring low temperature rise during operation of the reactor Low noise performance.
3. The coil is epoxy casting type, epoxy glass mesh cloth is laid inside and outside the coil for reinforcement, and F-class epoxy casting system is used for casting under vacuum state. The coil is not only insulated It has good performance and mechanical strength and can withstand large current shocks and hot and cold shocks without cracking.
4. Epoxy cast coil does not absorb water , low partial discharge, and can operate safely under harsh environmental conditions .
5. Epoxy pads and silicone rubber anti-vibration pads are used at the upper and lower ends of the coil to effectively reduce the vibration of the coil during operation.
