Project Description
This proposal is based upon the following information received from the customer:                                                                                            
Raw material: Fresh tomatoes
Final product: tomato paste 36-38brix, mango concentrate 28 brix etc
Processing capacity: 5000kg tomatoes input per hour
Final package: 10-70g sachet and 100-500ml bottles
Power supply: 380V, 3Phase, 50Hz
Main Feature of this Proposal:

• The upstream equipment can process 5 tons tomatoes per hour..
• Can be directly used to produce pepper sauce.
• Applicable to produce tomato paste or ketchup and other fruit sauce with high flexibilities.
• Can be used to produce other packaged product such as tin can by means of just changing the filling machine and the seaming machines and the upstream processing section same.
• All electric control parts are from international famous brand such as SIEMENS, OMRON and etc.

Requirements of workshop

• Plant area need about 1200-1500 square meter; net height not less than 4.8m; good ventilation available. (construction area follow the final layout plan)
• The circumstance around the plant should be healthy to food. No other products threatening the food health produced in the same plant.
• The producing area should be separated from the living area. Construction of the plant should be reasonably arranged.
• The plant should be of enough virescence. Flat ground, no seeper and main road should apply concrete, pitch and stones in avoidance of the flying dust.
• The drainage of industrial sewage should be in accordance with national environment protection requirements.
• Washing water, washing facility, fly and bug defending fixture are available in the toilet. Besides, the wall of the toilet should be made of white ceramic tile. Keep the floor clean and sterilized.
• The rubbish and scrapes should be far away the processing plant and stacked up in whole. It should be cleaned up in time.

Treatment of workshop

• Antisepsis and mold-proof treatment by ethoxy line. The draining gradient is 3~5%.
• Ceiling, wall and windows of the workshop should be painted with nontoxic gray dope, which is to be beneficial to clean and sterilize.
• Sufficient light, good ventilation, tidy and clean floor in the workshop. Some facilities to sterilize, wash, defend fly and bug should be available.
• Operation platform, utensil and dolly is matched with the production capacity and easy to clean, sterilize. Forbid utensil made of bamboo and wood.
• Bathroom, dressing room, toilet and lobby should be connected with the workshop and matched with the number of worker. Automatic washing and sterilizing facilities available.
