1. Equipment Introduction:

The atmosphere is formed by mixing feed gas (natural gas) with a certain amount of air, under the action of high temperature and catalyst, through incomplete combustion reaction. Send it into the atmosphere protection heat treatment equipment to protect the parts. It is used for carrier atmosphere in chemical heat treatment equipment or protective atmosphere of heating furnace.

3. Device description
The endothermic gas generator scheme includes a heating chamber. The system includes automatic temperature, proportion and atmosphere control functions. The system uses the gas mixing system can automatically adjust the output of 100% to 20% of the generator capacity. The system adopts electric heating mode. The system includes a full-color touch screen interface, paperless recording function and Siemens S7 1200 program controller, which can realize unattended operation.

3.1 The quality of gas production is as follows:

The above components are natural gas with methane as the main component, and the final quality of gas production will vary due to the difference of feed gas components

3.2 Furnace body
The furnace body is welded by international standard steel plates and profiles. The furnace lining is of full fiber structure, composed of warm ceramic fiber folding block and fiber blanket, with long service life and low heat storage. The heater shall be reasonably arranged inside the furnace lining. At the same time, considering the interchangeability of heating elements, each group of heating elements is consistent, modular design, reducing the cost of spare parts.

3.3 Reaction kettle
The reaction kettle is made of 330S centrifugal casting and filled with catalyst imported from the United States and high-quality combustion ball. Its specially designed structure ensures the stability of high-temperature cracking and prolongs the life of catalyst.

3.4 Air cooling system and pipeline
Multi-tube finned air-cooled heat exchanger is safe, reliable and easy to maintain. The heat exchange efficiency is more than twice that of domestic heat exchangers of the same type. The patented structure can effectively reduce the risk of carbon black in the cooling section. The pipeline system is equipped with the safety configuration

3.5 Premixing system
It is a precise gas mixing and control system applied to the endothermic gas generator. The system adopts the design of direct injection of air and gas, and adopts the gas mass flow controller and precise proportional control to provide the ideal gas mixture for the high-quality endothermic gas generator. 3.6 Generator control system

The system can automatically increase or decrease production according to actual demand without manual operation, and automatically adapt to the demand of gas equipment.
