    1. Scope of work
  1. General scope
This technical solution includes a rock wool production line with an annual output of 40,000 tons, (according to 300 working days), the hourly output of a single line is 5.5 tons, and the daily output of a single line is 132 tons,
The scope of the project includes architectural design, workshop drawings issued by the supplier, design and installation of mineral wool board lines , commissioning and trial production, personnel training, etc.

b. Buyer's requirement on the project:
Full line of equipment to produce 500 000 cubic meters of rock wool plates per annum, three types of density:
- 125 kg per cubic meter
- 150-175 kg per cubic meter
- 200 kg per cubic meter

According to the quantity of 500,000 m3, one production annual quantity of 40,000 Tons is about 260,000 m3, it needs 2 set of production lines for the target annual quantity.

1.2 Product main parameters
a. KT value: 2000-20000 (thickness X density).
b. Board width: 1200mm
c. Plate length: 1000mm or 1200m (can be adjusted according to user requirements)
d. Board thickness: 30-200mm
e. Production line speed: 1.8-18 m/min

1.3 Water supply and drainage engineering ( one production line)
Daily water consumption 80m3/day annual water consumption 24000*m3/year (mainly cooling water evaporation)
The displacement of this project is 1m3/day
Basically, no waste water will be produced in this project. Mainly the discharge of domestic wastewater.
1.4 Power supply engineering ( one production line)
   The total equipment installed capacity of this project : 2200KW. Since the main line has multiple equipment and frequency converters, the actual power of the main line is about 1500KW. It is recommended to build a transformer in the field to supply radial power to the workshop.
Power supply voltage: 380V/220VAC 50HZ
Ambient temperature: 5-45 degrees
Power factor: ≥0.9 (if it is lower than this number, an electrostatic capacitor needs to be added to compensate)
1.5 Thermal Engineering ( one production line)
  Natural gas is mainly used for production and drying. Due to the large amount of heat generated by the secondary incineration, piece 300~400m3 of natural gas is needed per day for replenishment.
1.6 Production Process
The technology of this project comes from the introduction of foreign advanced technology. The basalt raw material and coke are melted in proportion, and then the solution is made into rock wool fiber through a centrifuge, and then the raw fiber is physically deep-processed and chemically modified by using appropriate technology and equipment. After treatment, finished basalt fiber profiles are prepared.
