Production Line Description:

The machine is designed based on sample bags or drawings provided by the customer. The production process and working mechanism of the machine are explained as follows:
1) Discharge mechanism. The pneumatic expansion shaft and motor automatically release the film, and the automatic correction device corrects the deviation. The tension control system ensures that the tension of the material is consistent;
2) Pulling mechanism. Servo motor with roller screw, divided into front, middle, and rear three sections for simultaneous material pulling;
3) Vibrating disc feeding and robot automatic feeding mechanism. There are three assembly sections: short pipe (one set of vibration disc), twist valve (one set of vibration disc), and break valve (one set of vibration disc);
4) Servo motor high-frequency welding mechanism. High frequency welding is divided into two parts: welding head and welding tail. The welding head adopts a 5KW high-frequency machine, and the welding tail adopts a 15kw long-distance high-frequency machine;
5) Punching mechanism. The laser knife die punching mechanism allows for fine adjustment during pressing, allowing for incomplete cutting and facilitating the removal of leftover materials;
6) Automatic discharge of finished products and automatic collection of waste materials.
Main features:
1)The entire machine adopts a PLC program control system, with sensors controlling the movements and materials, ensuring precise and accurate control, and convenient operation.
2)The total power of the machine is about 22kw, divided into two sets of high-frequency systems, one set of high-frequency system welding pipe valve, and one set of high-frequency system welding bag body.
3) The blood bag valve body and short pipes are automatically fed using a vibrating disc, and after being grabbed by a robot, they are automatically threaded through the pipes. The secondary high-frequency automatic welding of the pipes is carried out.
4) This machine is designed to have two valves, one pipe, and two valves, one pipe, and one break valve. The mold needs to be replaced, making it flexible, convenient, and versatile.
5) The machine needs to be connected to a clean compressed air source, with a pressure requirement of 0.6Mpa. The mold needs to be cooled with water at a constant temperature.
6) The machine produces two bags from the first mock examination, with a capacity of about 800 bags per hour
